A brief guide how to report issues to us
Step 1: Request failed
When you make requests to our API, it will in most cases return a response identifier in X-Response-ID response header. That information is very useful for our engineers to locate and resolve issues.
Step 2: Locate response ID
Once the request was performed one can look at the response headers by clicking "Headers"
Step 3: Send a report
Try to collect as much facts as possible to help us understand the problem.
Include the response identifier along with a brief description of the problem
